Is It Possible to Track Flow Unsubscribes In Klaviyo's Reporting Dashboard?

Hi there! We recently made improvements to a few flows, and our goal was to reduce the total number of unsubscribes per flow. Is there a simple way to track unsubscribes per flow or a way to build a card for Klaviyo’s reporting dashboard?

Welcome to the Community!

In the Metrics tab in Klaviyo, you can select the ‘Unsubscribed’ metric (or ‘Unsubscribed from List’ metric depending on your use case) to view unsubscribes by Flow. I’ve provided an example of the filters needed to display that information below:

Hey @katiengrowthfoundry,

Just to add on top of @Ashley I.’s already great solution, you can also do something similar through a custom metric report.

You can either use a single-metric deep dive report to analyze just unsubscribe data or fold in more metrics and events through a multi-metric report.
