Hi, I own a web agency and I would like to send emails to clients to upsell other services. For example, if we’ve built an online shop for a client we would like to recommend him a maintenance service (monthly updates etc.). Another use case would be sending surveys to clients to ask them if they were satisfied with our service.
Klaviyo was made for E-Commerce but does Klaviyo also work for our use-case?

While Klaviyo was originally built with e-commerce in mind, with our API documents you can build an integration with your site to pass necessary data into Klaviyo to use for your marketing! Depending on your skill level you may need the additional help of a developer to build this out. If you don’t have a developer you can find one in our Agency Portal.
