Is support email down? I’m trying to submit a request and I keep getting an error message that tells me to try again later.

There aren’t any bugs reported with issues related to support. Are you still encountering this issue after trying the following troubleshooting steps?

Close all your tabs and retry submitting the request
Use Chrome or incognito browser
Restart your Browser or device
