I cannot see that there is a block for Terms and Conditions that requires the user to tick the box.
Is this possible? I am in the UK and need to consider the laws around GDPR here which requires you to have explicit consent and opt-in with terms and conditions being agreed to.
Is the a Terms and Conditions block with tick box for newsletter sign up?

Are you creating a Klaviyo Signup Form? If you are, when you create the Signup Form, you can toggle the option “Enable data protection fields” here:
Which will then pre-configure a few Blocks with a Multi Checkbox Block and a Text Block with the some pre-filled boilerplate copy for you like this:
Of course, you can create all this manually as well by adding in your own Multi Checkbox Block and Text Block as well.

+4Also i want to use a template rather than design this form from scratch but it doesn’t seem this enable terms is an option for already designed templates - why would that be?
