Is the a Terms and Conditions block with tick box for newsletter sign up?

Are you creating a Klaviyo Signup Form?  If you are, when you create the Signup Form, you can toggle the option “Enable data protection fields” here:

Which will then pre-configure a few Blocks with a Multi Checkbox Block and a Text Block with the some pre-filled boilerplate copy for you like this:

Of course, you can create all this manually as well by adding in your own Multi Checkbox Block and Text Block as well.

Hi there, I cannot see how to add this option to already created forms in the Edit option?

How do I add this to an existing sign up form?

Also i want to use a template rather than design this form from scratch but it doesn’t seem this enable terms is an option for already designed templates - why would that be?
