When I rate it, it looks like it redirects a reader to a web page where it confirms that they’ve recorded their feedback and gives them an opportunity to do more.
Can you do this natively in Klaviyo?

You can definitely utilize this function by creating five different buttons with varying stars and code each button to add a property to each profile depending on their response. You can then code each button to send your users to a hidden page on your website thanking users for their responses.
