I would like to know if i can skip a flow moving forward based on a trigger that checks if the items is at a discount / has price at compare in Shopify

Welcome to the community and congrats on your first post!
It will ultimately depend on the metric you are using to trigger the flow, but since you mentioned the “Compare at price” I assume you are either using “Viewed Product” or “Add to cart” metrics. You can set up the following trigger filter: CompareAtPrice doesn’t equal $0. Should looks something like this:

so to confirm this flow will not proceed to items that are on sale ( have compare at price ) correct ?

You are correct! If there is a CompareAtPrice greater than $0, the profile will not go through the flow!
