We’re currently still in the free plan since we’re still building up. But I want to know if there’s a way to edit the subject line of the email confirmation?
Or is there a subscribe version of this tag: {% unsubscribe %} ?
Or should I just use a campaign or flow email?

Hey
to edit the email confirmation email that goes out, you need to find the list that these profiles are going into when they subscribe, then go to Subscribe & Preference Pages > Email Confirmation
Lists & Segments > Newsletter (for example)> Subscribe & Preference Pages > Email Confirmation. you can also set a default email confirmation for all lists as shown in the below screenshot
when you go in you can edit the subject line and add personalisation
