Hi team, as i am just a beginner with klaviyo, i wanted to test one of your services before upgrading my plan for my hotel management company. we want to create a cart recovery mail flow for users that started checkout , for this reason i wanted to do this as a test first to see if it is working, i setup both web and server gtm container and created klaviyo tag sending the right start checkout and place order events, i checked klaviyo dev tools log and it was working fine showing my activity on the booking engine sending the email address with 202 status code, however when i started with the flow to create a basic one for testing on started checkout ot with test checkout trigger and with and without delays and with no filters i can't see my mail or any mail on the preview of the flow and no mail is added with manual stats. and the flow is firing start checkout or test checkout on the checkout page of it retreiving user mail and sending it to klaviyo. appreciate your support regaridng this to proceed with your plans. thank you
