Klaviyo add to cart trigger not working

Hi,

Noticed that I can't create a Klaviyo Abandoned Cart flow because the atc metric is not showing on Klaviyo. What is strange, that I also noticed that Shopify is also showing lower ATC's than IC, which is bit strange.

I'm using Gempages for my whole website, maybe it has something to do?

    Hey @Naglism,

Have you added the Added to Cart code snippet to your store’s theme yet? If not, I’d recommend following the instructions here to do so. After doing that, go to a product page, and “cookie” yourself on your site by adding         ?utm_email=YOUREMAILHERE at the end of the URL (replace YOUREMAILHERE with your email).

Add an item to your cart. After that, go to the Klaviyo profile of the email you added to the URL. Is the Added to Cart event there?

If not, let me know, and we can take a closer look at the issue and explore alternative Added to Cart code snippets that may work for your site.

Don’t hesitate to ask any additional questions you may have!

@Naglism recheck Klaviyo integration. Yes Shopify  show lower but correct ATC generated by Klaviyo including campaigns and flows etc.

This could also depend on how your theme has implemented ATC and if it’s compatible with the snippet provided by Klaviyo.
