Klaviyo App Embed on Shopify

Has anyone noticed the Klaviyo app embed on Shopify turning off frequently as or late? I manage 25+ Klaviyo>Shopify accounts and it seems to be happening a lot lately. Is there something in Shopify that could be getting changed like the theme that is doing this?

Is this issue still happening for you? It’s not a widely reported issue, so if it persists I would suggest reaching out to Support as it may be an account-specific issue.
