Klaviyo app for android says my email isn't registered

Hey. 

I can log into klaviyo on my chromebook, no problem, but when I download the app on my phone (I’ve tried two different phones, too) it just says that my email isn’t registered in their systems. And, of course it does, I log in to Klaviyo on chromebook all the time.

I really need to be able to work from my phone, and using the klaviyo web page on a phone is a literal nightmare, even worse if I try to access klavyio from inside the shopify app.

I really wish the Klaviyo app for phones would work. 

Anyone with the same problem?
