Hi there!

So in this case I’ve set up a coupon form that only should face active profiles.

No matter what, I cannot make the form show except when changing targeting to all visitors.

Seems like Klaviyo is unable to identify profiles.

Anyone else had the same experience?

When you say the form doesn’t show for active profiles, is that during your testing? If so, have you confirmed that Klaviyo is capturing that test visit with an ‘active on site’ event?

It could be an ad blocker interfering so Klaviyo can’t identify you.

To check, open a new session, visit your site and then check Metrics » Active on site and then ‘Activity Feed’. Do you see your visit/profile listed in that feed?

Regards

Andy
