Hello there,

my Klaviyo account is correctly synced with my Woocommerce store, or at least, I see no errors in my Integrations section and I even re-authenitcate multiple times. If I go on Contents → Coupons I can see that my Welcome coupon which should be given to any new subscriber to my newsletter has an Error status that says “We were unable to sync the coupon code. Check your integration configuration to resolve this issue.”

This have worked for many months and I noticed the issue this morning since two new subscribers didn’t have received their coupons. I didn’t install any new plugins on my website so I don’t believe there might be an issue from that point of view.

I also checked my REST API and everything seems fine as my account has all the right permissions (Read/ Write).

Just to be sure, I tried to create a new REST API account, and tried to re-authenticate Klaviyo with the website but I haven’t been asked for any new Consumer Key e Consumer Secret. Where should I been asked for those?

The coupon section of the website also looks fine, I can easily manually generate new coupons and the one synced with Klaviyo for dynamic coupons has no writing errors or anything similar.

Does anyone know what can I do to solve this?

I’ve been randomly getting this strange error lately as well.  I finally (hopefully) solved it by completely deleting the coupon assignment and creating it again, both in WooCommerce and Klavyio.  I haven’t had the error since.

Hi,

thanks a lot for the suggestion. I just tried: delated the coupon code on Woocommerce and Klavyio and creating them again. Both coupons stayed “Live” on Klavyio for a couple of minutes and then I had again the same error message.

Hey @michelangelo,

We sometimes see this issue when a coupon in WooCommerce has a minimum spend amount defined, but is missing a maximum spend amount. Could you check and see if you have a maximum spend amount on these coupons, and if you don’t, if setting one fixes the issue? Thanks! Let me know if that doesn’t work.

Hi @Byrne C

I removed the minimum spent amount in my WooCommerce coupon settings and now the issue seems to be solved,  the coupon in Klaviyo is “live” and I can see all the coupons being generated, thank you!

However, I’d like to keep the minimum spent amount option. Is there a solution to this?

Hi @michelangelo,

This should be possible as long as you have a maximum spend amount. If you’d like it to be unlimited, I’d recommend going into WooCommerce and setting the maximum spend amount to a very high number, higher than any customer would purchase in an order.
