The customer from us uses klaviyo for his shopwar shop. So he has all delivery adresses. Now he want to setup different workflows where his customers are getting a postcard instead of an email.

This is a helpful tool that automates postcard sending in a similar way to Klaviyo flows. https://www.postpilot.com/ My agency’s clients have had good results with PostPilot.
They’re not yet directly integrated with Klaviyo to the point where you could do something like have a conditional split that triggers an email for one branch and a postcard for the other branch, but you can create postcard automations that complement the email and SMS flows you’re running in Klaviyo.
