Klaviyo Quick Actions Get Code Button Not Working

We’re having trouble using an apply discount recharge / klaviyo quick action.

We want to send a discount code to customers so they can apply a discount to their next subscription order without needing to log into recharge and find where to put the code manually.

We can send out the link with the discount code attached, which drives to this page here, but the “Get Code” button doesn’t work / isn’t clickable.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue and have any ideas on how we could go about fixing?

For adding a coupon to their next order Quick Action, I would recommend reaching out to Recharge on this as they would be the best team/POC to advise on why your button’s ReCharge action isn’t successful as this is a third party integration’s action you want to accomplish.

Thanks Taylor - we managed to get some more clarity from recharge and with the help of a developer too I think it’s now fixed.
