For some reason Klaviyo will not let us cancel our account and we’re set to be billed for $11,000
They do not provide anywhere on the billing page to cancel our account
And they have no one on their support team reaching out
What do you guys suggest to help or someone we can reach out to?

I’m so sorry to hear that you were having trouble cancelling your account - I have double checked and it looks like you account is now pending cancellation!
