I’ve created a new embedded form and I can’t see the list where the sign-ups will be going to (as shown below).
I already set a specific list where the subscribers will be added once they sign up. The list is already set to single opt-in. But still it’s not showing.
Let me know what’s the workaround for this one. Thanks!

That is strange. It should appear on that page. I hate to suggest switching off and back on again i.e log out/back in 
but I’d try that, then contact Klaviyo support.
Have you tried a test submission on your embed form to see if that email is added to your BCFM list? That test email will need to be one that doesn’t already exist in that list. At least you’d know it’s capturing OK,
