My question is that is it possible to only have one main list. I use it for my embed forms and when a customer makes a purchase so will that trigger multiple flows since it is tied to the same list? How do I know that each flow is separate? I know the trigger in the beginning of flow helps to determine to initiate the flow. I think, I am getting confused.

Yes, if the same list is triggering multiple flows, when someone enters the list, it will start sending emails from all the flows, however, what differentiates them are the different trigger and flow filters, which will prevent profiles from entering both the flows at the same time, and will only go into the flows if those trigger /and flow filters are true.
