Magento Price Drop and special_from_date
I want to create a price drop trigger for a flow but none of my products are triggering.
I’m using a Magento 2 integration. I’m noticing that the special_from_date field has the date the product was added to the site but it isn’t something that our erp updates (which is a non-issue everywhere else because the Special Date is always active)
Does the Klaviyo price drop trigger relay on some change in the special_from_date attribute?
