Make Automation - How to add to add user who filled out a jotform to a Klaviyo Segment

I have a jot form which users are filling out information which is then put into a Make automation, at the end of the automation, I would like the person who filled out the form to be placed into a Klaviyo segment. How do I do this? I can’t create a segment without selecting a condition. I can’t just create a new list without having subscribers. Please help. If this is a job that I need to pay someone for,  I am willing because I have been at this for two days and I am no closer to a solution than when I first started.
