I created a customized Manage Preferences page by:

  1. Going to Growth Tools
  2. Selecting “Account-default pages” under Customize for “Customize subscribe and preference pages”
  3. Created the page and let it save

Created a new flow and when I get an email through that flow, I am getting the default, uncustomized page. How can I ensure all campaigns and flows use the customized manage preferences I have created?

 

Edit: I had to go to the list and select the Reset to Default option under the Subscribe and Preferences page.

It's a nice work customizing the page! To make sure all your campaigns and flows use that custom manage preferences page, just do this: 

Go to each list you are using in flows or probably campaign then click subscribe & preference pages choose reset to default so it pull it newly customized default page.

That tells klaviyo to use your account level custom version, not a separate one tied to the list you only need to do this once per list.  After that, all emails linked to those lists will show the right manage preferences page.
