Massive Bounces from Yahoo

Hi,

We’ve just had a huge bounce rate from Yahoo for one of our clients standard campaigns to an engaged group.

Klaviyo is saying its a reputation bounce but the message from yahoo is ‘554 Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons.’

No idea what the policy reasons are and checked spamhaus we are good - any thoughts on what it could be?
