Hey Everyone, i have setup my Abandoned Cart Flow for new customer in specific collection like this. So many passed, this flow dont working, and dont sent email to anyone.
If anyone know this problem, please help me

Hi ​@holathebeach, thanks for posting! My guess would be that the reason people are being skipped is because smart sending is turned on on your Q&A Email. You can see that there is a little envelope symbol with a checkmark  this indicates that no one who has received another email from you in the last 16 hours will receive this email. You can turn this off by making sure “Skip recently emailed profiles” is not checked.

I referenced the Abandoned Cart flow that I have been using for years, and I actually have the trigger set as “checkout started” rather than “added to cart.” This may be better for gauging high-intent shoppers, but I’m not sure is related to the high quantity of skipped emails.

I would also suggest taking a look at your skipped profiles to see why they are being skipped. 

To view the skipped recipients for a flow:

  1. Edit the flow you'd like to view.
  2. Click on a message in the flow that has been skipped.
  1. Click on the Recipient activity tab.
  1. Click the Skipped tab.
  1. Click on the dropdown to filter for different skip reasons.
