My button that is connected to a link cannot be opened

To better help you, can you share a screenshot of the template or perhaps the link or setting that you put in the Klaviyo button?  Have you tested the URL to make sure its valid and well formed?

Popping in here to close the loop! 

After sharing the link and screenshots here, it seems like @retention was spot on! I clicked the link you want to add and can confirm that the link is broken as I got a 404 when I clicked it.

You should resolve the issue when you use a well formed link!
