I wanted to ask you if anyone could help me with my current problem. My button, which is included in my email campaign and is linked to a link, cannot be opened.
Do any of you know what could be causing this?

To better help you, can you share a screenshot of the template or perhaps the link or setting that you put in the Klaviyo button? Have you tested the URL to make sure its valid and well formed?
