I’m struggling to embed a sign-up form on my Shopify store. My theme is 2.0, and I have followed the instructions provided for this theme, but the form still isn’t showing up. Can someone please help?

I’ve followed the procedure for Shopify non-footer for 2.0 themes https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006897412#:~:text=Shopify%20non%2Dfooter%20for%202.0%20themes
And I've left the targeting as it is by default: 'show to all visitors.

Have you made sure there is a .js code to your backend store script and can you share a screenshot of your form’s code in your backend script? Want to make sure everything looks right there!
