We’ve had this for months & have never published anything.
Can we please schedule a meeting, so we can transfer all of things from the other platform at one time? We can’t figure out how to properly use it? We’ve been paying both platforms for months, which has been unnecessary.

Can you please submit a ticket to support and under category select “marketing strategy” so this will be directed to Growth and will allow you to schedule a 1:1 with the Growth team to establish your integration with Klaviyo.
