New profiles not being added to an email flow

Hi again, I’ve got a funnel in Systeme IO and my opt in page is a pop up created there. From there I’ve created a Zap in Zapier to add these people to Klayvio as new profiles, but when I test this they aren’t added. I’ve used my second email as a test email and I don’t get added to the flow, but I do get a Subscription Confirmation email. When I agree to this still I don’t get added. Where have I gone wrong in my set up?

Hi, yes sorry it was a Zap with a trigger of someone signing up on my SIO page. That triggers a new Profile being created and added to Email list.

I realised the problem, I had ‘double opt-in’ enable on Klayvio so the email to subscribe was sent first. I disable that and selected ‘single opt-in’ and they now go straight to the Email list and the flow begins!

Hello @tash008  Could you please share more details on how the flow is set up and the how Zapier is pushing data to Klaviyo?
