No subscriptions in list

Hi guys,

Recently, I’ve created a sign-up form and connected it to a list. Unfortunately the form list gets updates but the list doesn’t count any subscribers.

I’ve double-checked whether the correct list is connected and disabled double check-in afterwards. I’ve tested with a couple of new subscriptions with other names and e-mailadress but no luck there.

The most important thing now is the data from the people who already subscribed. Where can I find this?

Did you create the sign-up form in Klaviyo or with a 3rd party? Can you tell me more what you mean by “the form list gets updates” but not the list of subscribers?
Heard that you double-checked the connected list and disabled double opt-in. In your testing, what happens to the profile data from the test subscribes, where does it end up? Is anything NOT being recorded, or just their “subscribed” status?
