Okendo reviews CSV file not uploading

I’m trying to upload my Okendo reviews csv export to Klaviyo! I selected Import Reviews, Okendo as the provider, upload the file, and checked the confirmation box. When I click Import, I get stuck here. Any ideas?

I tried a different browser (Chrome) and that worked!
