I recently integrated Optimonk to Klayvio to trigger a flow but once the lead is captured through Optimonk it does not drop into the newsletter list in Klayvio. i hace to enter manually. Any suggestions?

Hi @jeanicec! Without more details on the steps you took to set up the integration it’s difficult to say. However, the most likely reason is because your Newsletter list is double opt-in and your leads did not consent to receive marketing. In that case, a profile would be created but they would not be added to your list.

If you tell us more about the steps you took to set up your integration and the details of your flow conditions and content we can go from there!
