Optimonl Leads Not Going into Klayvio

I recently integrated Optimonk to Klayvio to trigger a flow but once the lead is captured through Optimonk it does not drop into the newsletter list in Klayvio. i hace to enter manually. Any suggestions?

Hi @jeanicec! Without more details on the steps you took to set up the integration it’s difficult to say. However, the most likely reason is because your Newsletter list is double opt-in and your leads did not consent to receive marketing. In that case, a profile would be created but they would not be added to your list.
