Thank you for reaching out to the Klaviyo Community with your question.

At this time, PayPal isn't supported as a payment method for Klaviyo. A credit card will need to be used for all payments with Klaviyo.

How can I enter a postal code to verify my credit card instead of zip code. I want to upgrade my plan.

Hey @Nikko,

You should be able to enter a postal/zip code under your Accounts & billing settings. I would also check out our How to update your credit card information Help Center article if you need to update your credit card details.
