Permanently supressing a profile

Hello! Can’t seem to find any information about this online - is there a way to permanently suppress a profile? Meaning, ban them from ever being able to opt-in again using the same email. Appreciate any help!

Hey @anonymous4567! That’s an interesting question. What’s your use-case for this? Why do you want to “ban” someone from subscribing?

Klaviyo doesn’t currently have a way to ban an email address from subscribing. However, you can manually suppress the profile to prevent them from receiving any emails from you.

Additionally, you could exclude that profile from your flows using Flow Filters with the condition:
Properties about someone > Email > Equals > person@email.com
