The First_Name personalisation field is in an email and for 2 of our test email accounts it displays as the person’s email address instead??
When I’ve checked these 2 people’s profiles, their first name is correctly displayed in the First_Name field.
Would be very grateful for assistance with this.

It only shows the email address. According to the chat support it’s nothing to worry about as it was only doing this for the 2 profiles of our design team who were both logged into the account at the time.
Other test profiles displayed correctly who were not logged in to klaviyo.
