Placed Order Activity Feed Not Showing Product Collections Assigned on Shopify - Integration with Shopify

Basically what i am trying to implement: 

Segmenting customers based on whether they have purchased the any product in category X and presenting separate offers to buyers and non-buyers. 

 

In short: I am trying to build Cross-Sell Flow

 

But there is a problem: I cannot see all my smart collections in the flow filters

 

However, i have many collections. And Klaviyo actually can see all of them too.
 

 
The second problem (and probably linked to the first problem) is:

 

When i place an order online to see how my products are recorded on Klaviyo, i have this result:

 


See that there is NO COLLECTIONS.

 

However, on shopify actually Smart Collections are assigned for that specific product.

 

Note: Before purchasing the product, I have waited for 15 minutes and syniced all the products and collections on Klaviyo.

 

I think that’s why placed order metric cannot be filtered by all of the categories i have.


Any solution for this problem? Thanks in advance.

7 days and no one else is replying. I hope there is an answer for my question.
