Placed Order Flow - How to add those items??

Hi there,

we are pretty new to Klaviyo. And just wanted to set up a “Placed Order” flow.

How do we manage to have all orderred items in this very mail??

EDIT: we are using Shopware 6 Connection.

You’ll need to make sure there is an event with all the relevant data.

Hi,

thanks for the reply. Already saw that one and tried to work this around. Did not work at all.

Also tried to simply make a copy of the data in the “Abandomed Cart” flow. Those should work the same way if I am not wrong.

Both are not working.
