Please check my work- exclude cancelled orders from post purchase flow

I want to make sure people who cancel their order do not get into the post purchase flow. I used a conditional split to remove those people. Is that the best way to remove those people?

Hi @ToniHerrbach

I think the easiest way to solve that is to go in the top of your flow and add a filter and setting cancelled order zero times since starting this flow. Or if you have any other metrics adding the ones that make the most sense. i.e. refunded order. Make sure to use add them separately as AND underneath each other.
