Hi - I´ve created a pop-up from a template which looks great in Klaviyo but terrible on the website - how do I fix?

Here´s what it looks like in Klaviyo and under is how it appears on the Shopify website.

Thanks for sharing your question with us, sorry you’re having issues with your form on your website. Happy to help!

If you only run into this issue when your form is displaying on your website, that leads me to believe there might be some conflicting CSS in the backend of your website that’s causing this abnormal display. I would have your developer investigate your website’s code to see if this could be the reason for this issue.

I’d suggest checking out other peers in the Community who have had similar issues to gain more insight!
