Pop up and button link

Hi,

Klaviyo pop up has been freezing my website for the last 6 months. Thus I’ve removed it. When the pop up appears and we close it (with the X or by clicking next to it), we can’t click on anything anymore.

As they don’t find the solution to fix it, I came with a plan B. Building a landing page on my Shopify and now I want to link the button to collect the emails to Klaviyo. Here too, it seems they have no idea how to do that.

The way they suggested (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4418052317339) is not working.

Anyone to support with a solution for both?

Hi Geraldine,

It sounds like an an embedded sign up form on your new landing page would be the best workaround for this. I have have seen a instance where a pop up was conflicting with a Shopify store theme code.
