Hello,

I’ve created a subscribe and save pop-up. Unfortunately, after customer submits it, the discount code is immediately triggered and visible.

QUESTION: Is there a way to have customer confirm subscription via email first BEFORE receiving the discount code? Can code be set-up to be delivered via email AFTER subscription confirmation?

Hi @SDH

You can create a flow that triggers when a contact subscribes via your pop-up and enters the list (after they have confirmed their opt in). You then include your discount code in an email in that flow. Below is an example of this approach.

@SDH if you have double opt in set up for the list that subs are joining, then they shouldn't receive any emails or flows until they have confirmed the subscription. If you are using this approach you'll want to make sure you format your preference pages.
