Hola, hace unos días me cambie de plan, abone el de 20 euros y sin querer parece que inhabilite mi cuenta, por lo cual no me deja hacer absolutamente nada, me canse de mandar mails y no tener ninguna respuesta. Podrían ayudarme a recuperarla ya que la necesito mucho a esta cuenta.

Yes, when you downgrade from a paid to free plan as per our documentation, the effects of your downgrade take place immediately. However, if you were to downgrade from one higher paid plan to a lower one, that the effects wouldn't take place until the next billing cycle. Even if you have a paid account, you can submitting a request here and choosing the ‘billing dispute’ to get in contact with support.

+2Hola, hace unos días me cree la cuenta y pague por un plan, sin querer creo que la elimine o deshabilite a la cuenta y ahora no me permite ingresar. Cuando intento crearme una nueva cuenta con el mismo mail que es el de la empresa, me ingresa a la cuenta que deshabilite pero no me permite hacer absolutamente nada mas que activar o desactivar el POP UP de mi pagina web. Hace una semana mando mails sin tener respuestas y me urge encontrar una solucion ya que necesito de la plataforma. Podrían ayudarme?

I saw this post since I was looking for a way to get in contact with Klaviyo. Today I downgraded our plan, and it immediately shut me down from all the paid access I previously had.
I was not able to contact support anymore. In the billing tab it says that Im already past my usage limit. The last invoice we have paid ($600) was till May 3. How is it then possible that I have no longer access any more? Will I then receive a refund for the remainder of the billing period I have paid?
I can not even contact support any more…
