Prestashop Products reset items in Klaviyo

Hi Klaviyo Community,

 

I need to reset products synced in Klaviyo from Prestashop 8 to make a fresh and clean sync.

Content > Products > Items.

The issue comes from first product sync using a development site & domain, then, the product image in klaviyo is broke because is calling old & removed development site…

 

I think a good way to solve is doing a reset in klaviyo, but i dont how… or other ways to achieve that are welcome.

I tried to remove integration from klaviyo and module from Prestashop to reinstall it. But nothing happens, products in klaviyo are freeze linked to our old development site…

 

I need to delete all content > products in klaviyo, how can I do it?

Hi Robert,

 

The way was to uninstall, unsync and delete all setup both Prestashop and Klaviyo. Then, make a fresh new one connection of everything.

 

Try it with much love and patience, this kind of task are not welcome xD.

It sounds like the initial product sync in Klaviyo pulled image URLs from your development site, and since that site is no longer available, the product images are broken. To resolve this and perform a fresh sync, follow these steps:

Option 1: Reset the Product Sync in Klaviyo

  1. Delete Existing Products in Klaviyo
    • Go to Content > Products > Items and manually remove all products.
  2. Clear Cached Data
    • If Klaviyo still retains old data, clear cache or disconnect and reconnect the Prestashop integration.
  3. Re-sync the Products
    • Go to Integrations > Prestashop and trigger a full resync.
    • Ensure your live site is the only connected domain.

Option 2: Force a New Sync Without Reset

  1. Update Product Details in Prestashop
    • Edit and save products again to trigger an update.
  2. Check Image URLs
    • Ensure all product images in Prestashop are linked to the correct live domain.
  3. Re-run Sync in Klaviyo
    • This should replace old image URLs with the correct ones.
