Price Drop Report - Time Delay?

Hi, what is the time delay between a price change on Shopify and when one can see it in the price drop report? We can see that the price changed on a product level on Klaviyo but we cannot yet see it in the price drop report. The product and all its variations had the same % price drop and the same end price.

This is weird so there shouldn't be much of delay here if any. There's no specific timeframe for this which is mentioned in Klaviyo’s guidelines here. I would suggest you contact Klaviyo’s chat support as its difficult to investigate without screenshots or looking into the reports. They should be able to help you better.
