Can the certificates/badges be connected with Credly?

Hi @FloridaIceMan,

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, Credly does not accept imported credentials issued outside of the Credly platform at this time. You do have the option to share your earned certificate with your professional network by sharing the certificate on your LinkedIn account as a post and/or add to the “Licenses and certificates” section of your profile. Hi Cloe,

Does Klayvio now use Accredible for Certifications? I do not see mine there if so.

Hey @FloridaIceMan - Yes, Klaviyo uses Accredible for our badging and credentials. It’s a relatively new development (last 6 months) but we can make sure you have everything showing up as it should. There are some FAQs I’d try first on this page: https://academy.klaviyo.com/en-us/credentials and if you’re still having trouble give academy@klaviyo.com a shout and we’ll make sure any existing credentials from Klaviyo are represented in your Accredible wallet.
