+3I added a dropdown field to my signup form with the profile property City. Same thing with Country for example.
My question: Do I have to manually enter all the viable cities? Doesn’t Klaviyo have this data already? Because manually entering this data is a bit weird ...
I want my subscribers to choose the country and city they live in so I can segment based on this data later on.

Klaviyo at this moment still doesn’t have this feature, so yes the options right now are either you add all the options that matter and add option other, or leave an input field where customers can write their answer. The problem with input field is different customers will write same city differently and then you may have different properties for same city.

+6Does Klaviyo ever plan on adding this? I have to do this manually for the 50 states, which is kind of crazy in 2025.
