Push Shopify customers to Klaviyo (without marketing consent)

Is it possible to sync Shopify customers to Klaviyo without the customers giving consent for marketing? I am working in the Netherlands and it is allowed to mail customers based on customer relation (have bought a product or service) without them giving marketing consent beforehand.

Welcome to the community and Happy BFCM! All event data for a customer from Shopify should automatically be synced to your Klaviyo account. This will add a profile of the customer but you will see on their profile that they have not given consent for marketing. @Omar can you give more insight since you are based in the Netherlands and know the laws better than I do?
