I am desperately trying to set up the multi-authentication on my Shopify’s new Klaviyo account. I am the owner and have downloaded an authenticator app, and I have followed Klaviyo's instructions, e.g. Go to name in the bottom left of the Klaviyo page and hit settings/security/enable require for your account on the Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enable, and a QR Code will appear in a pop-up
