Quantity in abandoned cart product feed

Hello everyone,

I am migrating to Klaviyo and currently building my abandoned cart email template.

I am using a block, which uses a product feed “Abandoned_carts_feed”.

It appears to be working, however, there is an issue when there are two or more quantities of the same product added to the cart. The price is double, however, there is no indication of the quantity. I cannot find where I can add this the product feed block.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the reply, I managed to figure it out through the help center and the wonderful support.

For reference in case there is anyone searching:

For WooCommerce it’s “event.Items.Quantity” and it’s not possible to use it via a product feed.

Although, I’m sure I have more questions coming up as I’m finding my way through the platform.

Can you share what integration you are using? The dynamic variable you’ll want to use will depend on the integration.
