Question about Unengaged profile

When profiles from unengaged segments starting engaging (opened email from re-engagement campaign) are they automatically removed from the unengaged segment you created?

Hi @caspe_hannah it depends on how your segment is setup but if you have that specific metric added to your segment then yes.

Please be aware that if you use opened email that you exclude the apple privacy opens because those are not “real" opens. click here for more information.

Also if you have a sunset flow and someone is already tagged (and not removed) and by some miracle became active again they will still have the tag. More info on sunset flows here
