Question Regarding Exiting Abandoned Cart Flow

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

Hi all,

I have created an abandoned cart flow with different structured emails depending on the product.

The trigger for the flow is ‘Checkout Started’. Should I add a conditional split ‘Has placed order at least once since starting the flow’ where ‘yes’ exits the flow and ‘no’ leads to the next email or will Klaviyo automatically stop the flow if a customer does indeed place an order? Thank you in advance!

Hey @Matija

Thank you so much for asking a great question.

Instead of adding a conditional split, I would suggest adding a flow filter “Has place order zero times since starting this flow”. This will check a customers profile every step of the flow and make them exit if they place an order. It will look something like this:

Hope this helps!
