If someone sign-up to my email newsletter list for a discount code. After a while, if they see the pop-up form and sign-up again, will they receive an email in the welcome flow again? And if not, is there a way to notify them. Thank you so much for all the help in advance! Here is my welcome flow trigger
No, they won’t trigger the flow again because people can subscribe to a list only once. So if they are in the list already they won’t be able to trigger the flow. But also if you set up the pop-up properly they won’t be able to see it anyway because in general the home page and exit intent pop ups should be set to not show to existing klaviyo subscribers.
